  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups zucchini (grated and squeezed)
  • 120 grams dark chocolate (broken into pieces)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven 360°F.
    2. Grease a bundt pan with butter, and line with parchment paper.
    3. In a bowl, mix the flours, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, yeast, and baking soda.
