    nice easy way for a change to cook zucchini. I ended up sprinkling some Parmesan cheese onto it too.

    SUPER tasty! I checked the recipe later than a 2hr prep time so my zucchini only sat for about 20-30 minutes but it still let out a lot of water after sitting in the salt and pressing down on it st first. I added crushed red pepper seasoning as well as a basic flavor seasoning and it was so good.

    This was great! I didn’t let it sit for few hours, just seasoned the zucchini with salt and pepper and let it sit for 15 min. Then sautéed with everything and added a little extra butter nearing the end. It was great, I’ll be making this again. Thank you!
