I have cooked these several times. You can make them small for canapés or larger to serve with a main course. Equally they are great and not heavy like zucchini slice.

Really easy to make and yummy! I put in too much salt though. Next time I won’t add salt at all (the bread crumbs give it enough salty flavor).

I was pleasantly surprised with these. They were very flavorful and the zucchini flavor was subtle. My whole family willingly ate some, which is saying something considering most of them want nothing to do with vegetables.

These were amazing! hubby requested i make more soon. I used Italian bread crumbs, dry onion flakes, and Kirkland organic no-salt seasoning. I also used a cheese cloth to squeeze out excess water and cooked them 13 minutes on each side. The crust was chewy, the edges were crispy, and the center was soft. We're gonna try them as a veggie burger.
