I’ve made this exact recipe before and thought it tasted awesome - tonight however I had Italian Squash and no basil. So I added a little cumin for more flavor (since no basil) and spiraled yellow and green squash as a substitute— sooo good. My kids even enjoyed it. This is definitely a great go-to recipe and super easy to make.

it was ok. I didn't have any basil so I used Italian seasoning and it was too much vinegar for me so I'll cut it in half if I make it again

Mine was modified based on what i had on hand. I used olive oil and a splash of regular balsamic vinegar. It still turned out tastey!

I like spiralized zucchini but I think this recipe needs a little more flavor. If I make it again I will saute the noodles in some soy sauce.
