It turned out real good. The flavors all came together nicely. This however is not a main course as we thought it would be.

The dish was delicious but it said four servings and it means serves one person

Okay, so this recipe turned out amazing honestly. However, i modified the heck out of it. So I kept the recipe how it was, minus the balsamic. I sautéed diced green, yellow, and red bell peppers along with the onions, and added about half minced jalapeño (cause ya girl loves a bit of spice) garlic, and cherry tomatoes (cut in fourths). I didn’t have basil leaves so I used basil seasoning, with a hint of paprika, pepper, & oregano and added about a little more than an 1/8 cup of tomato sauce and paired it with some vegan bread i made. I’m sure the recipe was rly great alone how it was, but i give my modifications a 10/10. Has just the right amount of hint of spice and the zucchini noodles are the perfect substitute for regular pasta.

Modified the recipe by using just 1/3 (or slightly less) of a large red onion instead of one whole onion, two BIG cloves of garlic, probably two handfuls of fresh basil instead of one, and added salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oven baked, lightly marinated chicken. Turned out great this way, I thought.

I would definitely make it again. But it needs a lot of seasoning.

Healthy but a bit plain, I suggest you add some flavour :)

I feel like the recipe calls for too much onion, but I liked it :) next time I’ll only use half the onion.

Good feels healthy but lacking substance or I'm just craving some carbs haha
Steph Boyle 28 Aug 2017
Great! I served it as more of a sauce with fettuccine! Was delicious! I also added Lebanese eggplant for extra vegetable!

Tasty but need to double the amount to get a decent portion size
Jennifer Burch 25 Aug 2017
It was fine! Love spiralized zucchini and would only suggest adding a bit of grated Parmesan or Romano cheese for some added flavor.
Jamerson 23 Aug 2017
It was ok. Not a lot of flavor.
Lucy 9 Aug 2017
Lovely!!! Boyfriend requested less garlic next time haha

I turned this into more of a "sauce" over pasta. Rather than spiralizing the zucchini, I sliced it, to make it better for a sauce. It was delicious!! It would have tasted great as is, but I thought it needed something else (i.e., the pasta) to make it more filling as a meal.
