    It turns out just as expected. My boyfriend will only eat zucchini and squash this way. The squash is extra good because it has a sweeter flavor than zucchini.

    I had a hard time keeping the breading on but they were delicious anyway!

    This is a very nice way to serve zucchini in all its abundance I the summer. I tried baking as well as an option.

    Amazing! Love it plain or with ranch dressing. Next time I want to try marinara with it. Would recommend not making them too fat so they cook through, but also don't make them too skinny.
