    Very good! I used 1.5 peppers and the entire can of chick peas. Found a recipe to make my own Za’atar.

    Delicious, my supermarket didn't have za'atar seasoning so I substituted it for complete seasoning

    I think I will make this the 'lazy persons way'!! Cut the sweet potatoes up into bite size pieces Add to veggies, roast as suggested.
