Description

A tasty breakfast tart, this egg tart is made with yogurt and stuffed with plenty of ham and cheese. Substitute mushrooms or other vegetables for the ham if you are vegetarian. Make your own puff pastry or buy it premade.

  • 200 grams ham (cut in small pieces)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 natural yogurts
  • salt (to taste)
  • nutmeg (to taste)
  • cheese (Emmental, to taste)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. Roll out the dough, and place in baking pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the bottom with a fork.
    3. Cover the base with the ham.
