Potato wedges coated with Hellmann's light mayonnaise, herbs and paprika

- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and herbs. Add pepper and paprika.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and stir the in the mayonnaise mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven, until golden, stirring half way through.
- Serve with some delicious grilled meat like lamb or beef.
