  • 2 carrots (peeled and diced)
  • 2 sticks celery (sliced)
  • 1 bunch basil (leaves picked and stems finely chopped)
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes (tins)
  • 100 milliliters red wine
  • 1 zucchinis (large or 2 small, diced)
  • 425 grams cannellini beans (can of, drained and well rinsed)
