    Really good, flavoursome risotto! Not for 4 people, unless you want a small amount each.

    Lacked flavor, dried mushrooms were chewy even after rehydrating. In the future I will use fresh mushrooms only, add a bit of kosher salt and top with sharp cheddar or mozzarella

    Divine and incredibly creamy... I found that it needed slightly more stock though.

    Delicious! I left out the wine because I didny have any handy and it still turned out great. Creamy, umami, filling!
