    RAVE reviews- this was a Keith and Kurt night with phenomenal wines.... I marinated the wild-shot boar for 3 days... I did S&P both sides of the meat ,then seared each side before cooking it in the marinade (after the soaking). I also made the suggested gnocchi.. https://www.chowhound.com/recipes/ricotta-gnocchi-with-wild-boar-ragu-10838 HUGE hit... Though, I did make a creamy, sage and parmesan sauce to go with the gnocchi, as the boar drank all the sauce. I'll reiterate.... HUGE hit....
