Really good blend of flavors. We like our Mexican food on the mild side so if you want something spicy you will to add your own hot seasonings to this dish.

We have made this so many times. Served on a bed of lettuce with avocado and salsa. So good!! We also make this with leftover turkey after the holidays.

These were good, though I made some changes. I think if made as is, they might be too rich. I used corn tortillas instead of flour and lightly fried them before filling. Also, I mixed the sour cream mixture with the cheese and chicken for the filling. I poured some of the sour cream mixture on top and added some green enchilada sauce too.

I love this recipe. Indeed you have to let the sauce cook a bit to thicken up but I cooked it while I was filling my tortillas. I also like some spice so I added Cilantro, Chipotle powder and a little Cumin to my sauce!! Its a super easy recipe and will absolutly make it again!

It turned out just ok. I think 2 cups broth is too much or you have to let it reduce a lot. Overall it was pretty bland.

These came out perfectly and were absolutely delicious. They reheated very well. I think next time I would add in some more spices to the chicken and to the sauce and not just rely on the diced green chiles on top to give it spice and flavor.
