    Ssooo yum! I didnt add hot sauce anymore coz my cayenne was extra hot already. I think start with 1 tsp of cayenne first then just add more after if you need more heat Great tip about the sugar from the other reviewers though. Overall, will put this on rotation😊

    Excellent but I did not use the hot sauce in the recipe. With the cayenne and crushed red pepper it was ear-ringing hot. The 2/3 cup of cream did tone it down to pure delicious. Served with rice and roasted okra.

    This is sooooo tasty. I added more cream to tone down the heat because it was too hot for my hubby but I had no problem with the heat level. Fabulous... Next potluck this is on the menu.

    Very easy and extremely flavorful. I did go with the recommendation of another review and did only 2 Tbs of brown sugar and it was perfectly balanced. We ate it over rice and it was a great dinner.

    Delicious! Used 2 TBSP of brown sugar and it was just enough.
