  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 2 red peppers (deseeded and chopped)

    A good recipie, i think it might benefit from the addition of beans/lentils to add a more complete protein. My guests had two helpings and one said it reminded him of his greek grandmother's cooking. I doubled the serving size.

    Absolutely delicious - easy to prepare and make, wonderfully tasty and light. I suggest doubling the serving if there are more than three people (or two hungry people) expected at the table. Personally I also add zucchini as I enjoy the texture.

    It’s alright, it may need jazzing up a bit, but in all fairness I don’t know what moussaka is meant to taste like.

    Was ok. Wasn't a fan of the aubergine but maybe if I cut it up into small pieces instead of slices i would have preferred it. I think I can improve it if i Made it again, I liked the sauce.
