  • 1/4 cup cream (Fresh, I use 32 to 36% fat You can use water or milk too!)
  • 2 tablespoons agar agar (powder/flakes, this is a kind of vegetarian gelatin)
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup (or ⅓ cup glucose syrup mixed with 4 tbsp. water)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (for a more white fondant use Veg Shortening)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons glycerin (vegetarian)
  • 1 kilogram powder sugar (approx. 1 ½ to 2 lbs., / Confectioners sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (Clear, or other flavoring.)
