Description

It is a northern China dish, its full name is ruyi(as one wishes) vegetable roll (如意白菜卷). People normally steam it, but I try to make it simple and fast, so I stir fry the stuffing.

  • 200 grams pork mince
  • 4 cabbage leaves (Chinese)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce

    Directions

    1. Boil the Chinese cabbage leaves. After water is boiling, cook for another 3 minutes, then take the leaves out
    2. Cut the cucumber in strips
