Taste just like at my favorite indian spot. This was my first time making pakora and didnt realize how easy it was to make. I left out the chilis and did not miss them. The flavor was delicious!

since I actually wanted the recipe for the batter only, I replaced your recipe's vegetables with sweet green capsicums (hari simla mirch?), and omitted the fenugreek(didn't have any in my spice cupboard). the Pakora came out delicious.
