  • 3 cups almond milk (600ml, another plant based works too)
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix (pumpkin, listed in post above)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • sweetener (Low GI, your choice to taste, coconut sugar, maple syrup, agave)
