    I have an allergy to peanuts so I used sunbutter instead of peanut butter and they were delicious even my grandkids loved them.

    Great! I’ve already made them 3 times and plan to make more I used an egg as I’m not vegan And I will probably add some dried blueberries next time

    They are a little dry and not very sweet, but healthy and satisfying. The fat from nuts and peanutbutter add to their satiety value.
