    The measurement units were inconsistent and the patties are quite dry and bread like. this recipe might do well to include mushrooms or a alternative meat ingredient. the recipe doesn't tell you how long to keep the patties in the oven for.

    These came out very well. I used about 1/4 cup grated beets instead of raisins, and date syrup instead of maple in the mustard sauce.
