    Cooked this for vegan guests. It was delicious and have come back to it time and time again for anyone, not just the vegans! Unlike the review before me, I thought the roux to be tasty and a great addition. I've used it since to thicken other dishes.

    I thought the roux was alot of extra work for very little difference. a nice revipe tho
