    This is delicious. Even better on the second day! I felt like I could have doubled up on the tomato sauce perhaps. I ended up adding a bit extra. Yum.

    When I read the ingredients, I was not too convinced. But this really is one of the most surprising dishes I cooked recently - and I absolutely love the taste.

    Really liked it, but I changed a bit of the recipe. But the mushroom sauce was realllllllly yummy.

    Grrreat. Left out the raisins and it was fantastic. In my opinion you could double up on the ingredients if you want a large portion.
    Very good and healthy tasting. fresh the spices were very nice. This recipe is a keeper.
