If i make these again i would leave out the liquid smoke... i used bread crumbs vs cornmeal ... i would give this a 6.5/10 not quite my flavor but still good

Not bad for my first time trying a battered/fried recipe like this. A bit soft in the centre but nice and crispy on the outside. I didn't have cornmeal so I substituted semolina and that seemed to work ok.

This is one of my absolute favorite recipes. It's a bit messy to make but so worth it!

Good I just couldn’t blend the chick peas since I don’t have my food processor but even with the chunk of chick peas they were delicious

Turned out great! I subbed the artichoke with tinned lentils and I used chia seeds instead of flaxseeds. Turned out great - especially dipped in sweet chili sauce. Thanks 😊

these were way too mushy to be formed. they taste good, but nothing like chockem nuggets. more like a yummy fried bread that has an amazing texture. 2/5 wil only make again with a tweaked recipe.

I don't have a food processor, so I used a blender for short intervals. The artichoke and chickpeas were chopped as directed, but it turned out too mushy anyway. I used 1 teaspoon of the liquid smoke, which was too much for my taste. I'd recommend 1/2 teaspoon.
