  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (use gluten-free if you wish)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (Or Rice, Hemp, Soy…)
  • 2 bananas (Ripe)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (or fresh, I used frozen that were thawed out a bit)
  • extra-virgin olive oil (or Coconut Oil, for skillet, I used cold-pressed virgin Coconut Oil because it is so good and healthy :)

    I made one tiny adjustment which was just adding about a tablespoon of warm peanut butter and these turned out very yummy. 11 g of protein in one serving! Great recipe for new vegans.
