Fabulous. Never made a vegan version before but it tastes great.

Amazing! I lessened the cinnamon by a 1/4 teaspoon, since I didn’t want a lot of the cinnamon flavour, and it was amazing!

Sooooo good! We didn’t wait an hour to let it cool, so good warm! Next time, I may try to sub out some of the oil with applesauce to see how it turns out.

I only had two bananas that were ripe enough, but I kept everything else the same and it turned out perfect!

Super easy, and it came out great! I had a bag of vegan chocolate chips in the house, so I threw those in as well, and they made a great addition.

I made a number of substitutions, biggest ones being Neat Egg instead of flax meal and mochiko instead of wheat flour. Done in 50-55 min. So obviously it came out a bit different than the recipe is meant to, flatter and chewy, but still delicious!
