  • 12 ounces ground beef (Veggie, I used the brand Yves or trader joes)
  • 52 ounces marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms (chopped, I used cremini but button works great too)
  • 1 zucchini (or 1 cup sliced)
  • 14 ounces firm tofu
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • chilli flakes
