  • 75 grams Stork packet (at room temperature)
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 can peaches (about 820g)
  • 30 grams Stork (melted, about 3 tablespoons)
  • 30 grams caster sugar (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 50 grams shelled (coarsely chopped pistachio nuts)
  • 20 centimeters cake (tin, base lined with baking paper, rolling pin)

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan oven, Gas mark 6.
