Fantastic for Christmas morning! Used more bread and 2 more eggs, more milk. A huge hit.

Great recipe.
I’ve used this recipe using old bagels, rather than French bread and it still turned out well. The problem with bagels is guesstimating the right amount, though. I definitely recommend using the toppings, otherwise the casserole might turn out a bit too soft and mushy.

very good. used lemon zest instead of cinnamon and added a small container of blueberry yogurt to replace some of the milk. 50 minutes was perfect timing.

Very good. I hate it when people don’t follow the recipe, then post a review, buuuuut- I only had some 100% whole wheat bread that I had made to use. The bread was really dense and bordering on stale. It turned out great. I let it sit overnight before baking it.
