    I've never made tzatziki sauce before, and this recipe was easy to follow. I don't like dill much, though, so I cut back to the 1 TBSP mentioned as the original amount. For me, however, that was still too much, so if I make it in the future, I might cut it by half or even more. I paired this sauce with falafel, and it tasted good.

    Perfect for dipping my pita and falafel! I added a bit more spice because I like it spicy, but the recipe was easy to follow and turned out great.

    Never made it before but it was really good. I used mini cucumbers instead and just used 3 instead of one and it turned out great! Might need to work on making a garlic paste or buy some in the future. I have now made it twice! Not too watery, have to make sure to pull as much water from the cucumbers and garlic as you can.

    Perfect. I let it rest for 24h. It could have been a bit more liquid but it’s a quick fix. Loved the garlic flavor. Did it exactly like in the recipe

    I ballparked the garlic and it still came out great! Do not skip the cucumber draining!!! I had at least a cup of juice strained out prior to making.

    Amaxing and so flavorful! I subbed out minced garlic for fresh but other than that was great as is!
