    Great!! So quick and easy! Only complaint is that it didn't make a ton. Will definitely double next time. Served it with tortilla chips on the side.. Yum!! :)

    Very good. Used regular (not in oil) julienned sun dried tomatoes and just added some extra EVOO when cooking. Also added diced Beyond Meat sausages I cooked on the grill (or could do in pan). Served w my cheesy French bread.
