I like to make the recipe exactly as called for the first time, so these turned out crispy on the outside (delish!), but a bit thick and floury inside. I would decrease the flour, add an egg and as one other person did, some celery and seasonings, maybe I'll try Old Bay next time. The corn gives it a nice bit of crunch and slight sweetness. Good basic recipe from which to begin your own personalized fritters.

Me and ny partner love these! I desperately tried to search for a recipe with canned tuna as quarantining has depleted our food stocks, but we were both really impresses with the result. Easy to make as well.

Super easy and healthy! Loved that I could use ordinary ingredients that I always have on hand.

Very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised. Used celery instead of corn, and one egg instead of milk, it browned up perfect and the favor was great.

DON"T make these too thick; they get gross if they are not cooked through enough. Cilantro-Lime Aioli was a great topping. I honestly don't think I'll be making these again; though I thought that they were easier to flip (they didn't fall apart) than any tuna/salmon patties I.'ve made before)

It's a good base recipe not a lot of flavor so I'd suggest adding some spices!
