  • 2 1/2 chili peppers (small and spicy hot dried, crushed a bit)
  • 9 anchovy fillets (those from a jar in oil, not the v salty kind, roughly chopped)
  • 1 onion (large, diced)
  • 1 cube chicken
  • 2 stock
  • 1 potato (medium, peeled and cut into smallish cubes)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley (washed, picked and chopped)
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (to infuse the olive oil)
