    A nice flavour. Easy to make. They hold their shape for cooking but got a bit messy when eating it on a bun. I used chickpea flour. And oven baked it. Wasn’t too spicy.

    Reduced the amount of jalepeanos, fried off/softened the onions first, and used smoked paprika instead. Really enjoyed them, very filling, good flavour n texture, would make them again.
