  • 600 grams chicken thighs (– deboned, sometimes you can buy these as “thigh fillets”)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 chilli (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or sesame oil if you’re out)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • water (Wooden skewers, soaked in, for an hour+)
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 chilli (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 150 grams peanut butter (half pot, 100% peanut, no added sugar. Like this one.)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 200 mL coconut milk
  • fish sauce (splash of)
  • soy sauce

    Very nice. More honey is needed when using Sesame oil because Sesame oil is very nutty in flavour. I also used coconut sprinkles for extra flavour and it was delicious

    This was really nice! It was relatively easy to make but required a little prep the day before. The sauce is very rich so I didn’t finish it but I’ll try and eat it with something else.
