  • 600 grams chicken thighs (– deboned, sometimes you can buy these as “thigh fillets”)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 chilli (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or sesame oil if you’re out)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • water (Wooden skewers, soaked in, for an hour+)

    Well I did the recipe to the Letter and My wife and I loved it! Didn’t skewer the chicken just cooked it with sesame oil, garlic. Then added the Satay sauce to the wok and cooked on a low heat for 10mins. Heated another pan then added 2 eggs, chopped onions, garlic, fish sauce, and cooked boiled rice finished it with spring onions chopped. 10/10 thank you for a wonderful recipe :-)
