The best piece of salmon I’ve cooked yet! I think the bake and broil made the fish more textured without getting burnt...just watch the broiler closer cause it can burn quickly.

It really is easy to do! I made it twice and loved it both times. I used garlic powder instead of minced garlic the second time and it turned out fine. Lining baking sheet is def recommended as any layer of honey will burn in the oven.

Amazing! I’ve never cooked fish before and I’m not a big fan of fish, but it was delicious! Broiling it halfway through is genius because the skin slid right off. Will definitely be making again.

Knowing me I added 2 to 3 times more garlic and it’s awesome also more lemon. I also mixed the lemon, melted butter and garlic first and then put it on the salmon and I think it helped that way. Overall it’s alright but there are better recipes

Delicious. After cooking it and then broiling it, I coated it with honey and garlic a second time and broiled it another 5 minutes. Then I sprinkled it with fresh parsley. So good.

I made it according to the recipe and it was ok. I would add more salt and pepper next time. The if you didn’t get a bite of the top of the salmon then it was pretty bland.

Perfect. I did one fillet following this recipe (so good) and the other with butter salt pepper garlic and lemon (because I ran out of honey). They both came out perfect. I will use this time temp combo for all my salmon recipes now. Delicious 👍.
