  • 3 powdered egg whites (or fresh egg whites)
  • 1 quick yeast (Tblspn)
  • 2 sugar (Tspns)
  • 2 fructose (Tspns, Bread improver Optional)
  • 1 citric acid (Tspn, Another bread improving ingredient Optional)
  • 1 soya flour (Tblspn, this will make the bread brown easier or Substitute for Buckwheat flour if Soya Intolerant)
  • 1 salt (tspn)
  • 1 xanthan gum (tspn, replacement for Gluten)
  • 400 milliliters water (or, add water until it's the consistency of mashed potato or cake batter)
