    First cinnamon roll recipe I used that had the bake time correct. I was very excited, they came out great. The roll was cake-like and not raw on the inner layers while crusty on the outer layers. Not sure I would refrigerate overnight next time because by time they rose again and baked them, it was almost lunchtime!
