    Made this today with Mae Ploy green thai curry paste and the flavour was amazing but very hot so be careful, glad I only used 2 tbsp and skipped the chilli's. Recommend the dish as takes no time at all and very flavoursome, esp served with the coriander rice. Note: all that lime really lifts it and don't skip the fish sauce! Also I just threw in a whole bag of frozen prawns with the pak choy and was fine.

    Really good!!! I didn’t had Pak choi so I added green onions. It turned out ok!
