This teriyaki chicken is made with just 5 ingredients and comes together in less than 40 minutes for a healthy and simple meal. - Place chicken, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger in a resealable bag. Mix well and make sure the chicken pieces are fully coated. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours. Flip the bag on every couple of hours.
- Add the oil to a skillet on medium heat. Add the chicken and saute for up to 15 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve on a plate with a salad or rice.
