Definitely a keeper! Hit for the entire fam. no modifications; just as is. Had to cook for 10 min longer than the recipe called for. All ovens are different so just keep an eye on the casserole til fully cooked.

I added ham chunks instead of sausage, added a 2 tbsp of chopped yellow onions and 2 tbsp total of chopped green, yellow, red pepper, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. I forgot to add in the cheese, but just put a layer of cheese on top after the dish was finished (then placed back into oven for 4 mins to melt the cheese.) it came out full of flavor and aroma. Had to have seconds, and will now make this a go to recipe for fast breakfasts!
An all around crowd pleaser! I love one-dish meals. The kids 3-11 yrs old said it was a hit with some hot sauce and ketchup! I added bacon crumbles on top and extra green onion for my portion 😊 served with warm croissant‘s! My go-to breakfast for sure

My family really enjoyed this dish. What a nice way to start your day with a one dish breakfast. We will definitely be making this again!
