  • 1 pound pork spareribs
  • taro
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 inch ginger (sliced)

    Directions

    1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, corn starch, canola oil, white sugar, and sliced ginger with 1 lb. of pork spareribs.
    2. Cut up taro into 1-2 inch pieces. Add oil and ginger into pan, add taro, and cover 80% with 1 Tbsp oyster sauce and water.
    3. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
    4. Add spareribs (and all the juices).
    5. Cook on medium for 10 minutes until sauce is thick. Enjoy over rice!
