  • 1/2 red onion (a large)
  • bell pepper (Quarter, your favourite colour)
  • 1 handful spinach leaves (or similar)
  • 2 cms ginger
  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • 50 grams greek yogurt (/sour cream)
  • hummus
  • avocado
  • chick peas

  • vegan mayo

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (/wasabi paste)
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 bean sprouts (big spoons of, if you like them, they're really healthy! And they add a lovely crunch too...)

    I like these a lot. The ginger/lemon is really nice with all of the fresh ingredients. Used carrot chips, and prepped the rest of the veggies and made dressing day before so it was even easier. I used spinach tortillas.

    Ingredients are listed that are not used in the recipe and some are listed twice. Don’t follow ingredients list; use the one in the directions. I added rotisserie chicken and it was delicious
