  • 2 teaspoons Flora Buttery (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar (or treacle)
  • black pepper
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • Remove All from Shopping List

    Directions

    1. Mix together all of the ingredients except the chicken.
    2. Slash the chicken all over and add to the marinade, ensuring that they are thoroughly coated.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    4. Preheat the grill to high.
    5. Place the chicken onto a baking tray and grill for 7–8 minutes before turning and grilling for a further 7–8  minutes until cooked through. Use the leftover marinade to baste occasionally. Serve with a jacket potato and salad.

    A bit good for the cooking mixture but the sauce was nice and the chicken was a bit gross. It's fine all together.
