  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces chunky salsa (medium or hot prepared)
  • 15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup Smucker's® Red Raspberry Preserves
  • 6 cups tortilla chips
  • 16 ounces iceberg lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. COOK and crumble turkey in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    2. STIR in salsa, beans, corn and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes or until corn is tender. Stir in preserves.
    3. DIVIDE tortilla chips onto serving plates. Top with lettuce, turkey mixture, cheese and sour cream.
