Very tasty. Will definitely make this again.

It was delish. I didn’t add the brown sugar, I’m not that into sweet foods unless it is dessert.

Wonderful, flavor filled dinner! Wouldn’t have changed a thing about the recipe, and will definitely be making it over and over again!

Yum! I love the heat of the chili with the sweetness of the brown sugar wrapped up in the salt of the bacon! I think i could cut the size, add toothpics and have a go to appetizer.

It was excellent. My son said I have to make this again right after his first bite!

I used turkey bacon instead, made 2 bowls - one with the spices and one with brown sugar. I sprinkled the spices over the chicken, then rolled in bacon. I then fried all pieces lightly (let sit on paper towels to absorb some of the grease) then rolled into the sugar, laid all out into clear baking pan. Delicious! Let the chicken sit for just a few minutes after you remove from the oven and the olive oil/sugar will thicken into a wonderful sauce.

Great I cooked for 30 min but in last 4 minutes I changed oven setting to BROIL to really finish the bacon. Next time I will attempt to turn the chicken so the bacon cooks on the bottom. Served with rice, green beans and sautéed mushrooms.

So, so good. Passed the picky teen test, too:) Cooked for 20 min then put under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the bacon.

I used sea salt and pepper and mild curry powder and mixed it into a bowl. I then rolled the chicken through the mix before rolling it in the bacon and placing it in the oven with 3tbs of sunflower oil

This turned out great. Super simple and tasty. I’ll probably make it a little spicier in the future because in this house we love spicy. But all in all awesome

My family LOVES this chicken! If it was up to my husband I’d make it twice a week every week. I follow the recipe for the most part but I also sprinkle a little bit of Italian seasonings and add some onion powder. Also i use fresh ground pepper rather than just regular pepper. This “gravy” that the combination of bacon drippings and brown sugar make is a nice little addition to mashed potatoes (and gets you out of having to make gravy lol) but I also will spoon it back over the chicken before serving it. **The the first time I made this chicken I forgot to add the brown sugar at first and didn’t remember until only 15 minutes remained on the timer. I pulled the chicken out, put on a glove, and rubbed the brown sugar onto the chicken like a dry rub. It’s just as delicious except without the “gravy” in the pan. In case someone doesn’t want that. This has definitely became a staple of our family dinners, the kids love it & the hubby:)

Easy and delicious! Baking for 20-25 minutes was enough. Sprinkled on and rubbed in brown sugar instead of rolling in sugar to avoid too much sweetness. That worked well. Cooked the turkey bacon a bit before wrapping (until it’s about to get crispy). Used toothpicks to keep bacon in place.

It was a hit with my twin teens and their friend! A+ for ease to prepare and cook. I added cinnamon and left out the brown sugar. 6 thumbs up!!!!

I suggest if you want crispy bacon to either drain most the grease half way through or drain and broil it for about 10 minutes. We can never go wrong with bacon wrapped anything in our house.

OMG. I only tasted one. Im currrntly waiting on the rest of my dinner to finish up. But this was absolutely DEELISH. I used Turkey bacon because we dont eat pork or beef. I cant have anything spicy so i just used the brown sugar, i used Adobo instead of Salt. I added Garlic Salt and Pepper. and i topped them with Paprika...They came out soooo juicy and tender. Thank you for this recipe. Will try again.

Pretty good recipe I modified it by adding a touch of cayenne and cumin (I live in San Antonio, that’s just how we do things 😂). Perfect recipe to start with and modify as you see fit.
