Awesome stuff! Super easy family dinner, kids love it. I always cook mine on a cooling rack on top of a tin foil lined baking sheet and serve them straight from that so the bottoms don’t get soggy. I make this at least every two weeks, since it’s on the not-super-health spectrum.

Was not difficult to make, but the flavors didnt hold together. I tried basting the sauce/juices, but not much was there. It turned out very dry

Amazing! I make dinner for my dad and I every week; this has been the best meal so far! I served it with sweet potato and regular potato wedges and roasted bell peppers. I’m not for ‘tooting my own horn’ but, this I would make a major exception for!
It turned out very well! Used the rack method of cooking the chicken and it worked very well. There was little clean up although my cooling rack got burned on. Over all very great recipe my family loved it. Tip: if you didn’t know put toothpicks in the bacon and chicken so it doesn’t fall off.

Very tasty and easy to do. Definitley cook the bacon a bit first, especially if you enjoy your bacon a little crisp.

These were great. I used the oven. I didn't have any problems with dryness of the chicken or und0ne bacon. I did however over do the chili powder on accident and it was apparent. Will definitely make these again!
Great recipe. The chicken dried out though so I’d recommend cooking the bacon a little before rapping it around the chicken. I also used chipotle peppers on it.

So good! my husband and I devoured this. I upped the spice, added paprika, and drained the accumulated bacon grease halfway through and they turned out great!
