This is such a great recipe, smells and tastes like it's come straight from a Chinese restaurant. I used a tub of fresh pineapple instead of tinned and tipped whatever juice was at the bottom into the mix. It still turned out great, even without the extra pineapple juice and didn't take long to thicken. My boyfriend was very impressed too, definitely will be making this again!
