It’s super delicious, I added some sour cream on top and it was great.

Wife loves sweet potatoes and we both love BBQ chicken. Win win.

The potatoes did not cook properly. It was overall okay.

Recipe requires a lot of modification to properly cook. The chicken was very tasty but the potato did not complement it well. Makes a lot, good for a family or a single person as well because it stores well.

Turned out very well, the potato probably needed a little longer than suggested but the mixture of flavours was good. Only change I would make would be to try a different chicken flavouring

These flavours are gorgeous together - make sure you use sweet BBQ sauce, not smokey, to bring out the sweetness of the potato. Great, low maintainence food for when you have a cold. Thanks for the recipe! Xx
