Second time I've made this! Absolutely delicious, and it impresses the heck out of people! It's fairly simple, just a little time-consuming. I've made it each time with only draining the ricotta for about an hour, and it's turned out pretty well each time.

The gnocchi turned out nice and light. The brown butter sauce was great. Next time I will use a bit more vinegar in the sauce.
