    We got a 10 pounds nice, I do recommend to use a bit more salt and pepper at the beginning and more butter too (one more spoon of all)

    I loved this recipe! I sprayed with olive oil twice (once at the beginning and once 15 minutes before done). I Stuffed with baby carrots and onion and wow! It was perfect. I also did a turkey brine 24 hours before but it was literally the best turkey ever!

    We did a 21 lb turkey, had to add more time but came out super moist. We’ll try this again using different seasonings and rubs but it’s a keeper.

    tasted great but was done early and the cloth stuck down and ripped off some skin. probably just needs to be basted more often

    I didnt have any cheesecloth so I used a flour sack towel. I had to melt an additional stick of butter so that there would be enough butter to soak into the towel. It looks amazing!!!
