    I love these! I am gluten free, hubby dairy free and my son will only eat pizza or chicken nuggets, but loves these, which is awesome to get good fats and protein in him! Small tip, I sit the coconut oil in the tub in some hot water so it melts and is easier to scoop. :-)

    Definitely needs something else sweet added either on top or in the mix

    Really tasty but essential to serve with something "wet". I was going to have with fresh raspberries only but was too dry so needed to add maple syrup and yoghurt. No longer as healthy but very tasty. I also halved the quantities and had four smallish pancakes.
